Unfortunately, if you've forgotten your Ally (free member) username or password, there is no way to get it back. We do not store any private information about our users. We recommend you create a new account and write your username and password down on a piece of paper and keep it in a safe place!
If you are an Idea Seeker (paid member) or bought KidsKash, please contact us. Send us the user name (if you know it) and the parent's e-mail address you used when you paid. We will verify the information and send you an e-mail with your username and password.
