I forgot my password.
Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you are typing it in with the correct upper and lower case letters. Otherwise, click on Forgot your password? on the Log-in page, and we'll forward it to you.
I want to change my password.
Click on Modify Account, and you can change your password there.
I forgot my username.
Your username is your e-mail address that you used to sign up. Just enter your e-mail address into the log-in field, enter your password, and you're ready to go!
I want to change my username.
Your username is the same as your e-mail address, so you can change your username whenever you'd like by updating your e-mail address. Visit the Modify Account section to change your account information.
My account information has changed since I registered.
Click on Modify Account, and update your account information there.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, click here to visit the "Modify Account" page. Access to your account will last through your last payment period.
Adding & Deleting Kids
Can I add additional kids to my account?
Yes! If they are already Idea Seeker Members, click on Add/Remove Kids, and you can add as many kids to your account to reward as you'd like. If they are not Idea Seeker Members, click here to sign them up for both programs simultaneously.
Do the kids that I add to my account need to be Idea Seeker Members?
Yes, only kids who are Idea Seeker Members can participate in KidsCom.com Root 'n Reward, but signing them up is quick, easy, and completely free. You can add kids to both programs by clicking here.
How do I delete a kid from my KidsCom.com Root 'n Reward account?
Visit the Add/Remove Kids page to manage accounts for your kids.
Other Helpful Hints
I'm low on Virtual Points to reward my kids with. How can I get more?
When you register for KidsCom.com Root 'n Reward, you are given 8,000 Virtual Points each month. You can purchase additional Virtual Points, in quantities of 8,000, 16,000, or 32,000. Go to your My Account page and specify the amount of additional points you would like to purchase.
I love this program! How can I let my friends and family know more about it so they can sign up, too?
