How much does an Idea Seeker Membership cost?
Payments for the Idea Seeker™ Membership are automatic, and securely handled through PayPal.
Choose from 3 Membership payment plans:
- Pay each month - $7.95
- Pay for three months - $21
- Pay for 1 year - $74.95 (Special Promotion! Save 25% over monthly subscription.)
Your payment will be automatically added to your credit card.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can register for the program with a credit card, bank account, or PayPal account. All these registration options on KidsCom.com are conveniently and securely handled through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal account balance transfers.
I would rather be billed than have my credit card charged each month.

I want to pay by cash or check.
You can set up your PayPal account to transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account. Please refer to PayPal.com for information about how to set up this feature.
When will charges appear on my credit card?
The charges appear every time that your membership renews. If you choose to sign up for a monthly membership, you will be charged $7.95 each month. If you choose sign up for three months at a time, you will be charged $21 every three months. If you choose a yearly membership, you will be charged $81 every year.
Can I sign up over the phone or by mail?
At this time, please use our online form to sign up for the program.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Access to your account will last through your last payment period.

What's the difference between an Idea Seeker Membership and a KidsCom.com Root 'n Reward account?
The Idea Seeker Membership allows kids to play special games, set up their own home page and virtual store, interact with the Plant Babies and, with parents' permission, connect with kids all over the world. A KidsCom.com Root 'n Reward account is the parent's side of the Idea Seeker Membership. It offers a way for parents and teachers to interact with and reward kids for a job well done.
What do I have to do to set up my KidsCom.com Root 'n Reward account?
Click here to sign up! Then you can reward them with points on the "My Account" page.
What is my username?
Your username is your e-mail address. Just enter your e-mail address into the log-in field, enter your password, and you're ready to go!
How do I choose a password?
Your password should be between 6-8 letters and/or numbers, and contain no spaces or special characters. (Symbols like *, #, etc.)
Can I set up an account for other kids?
Sure! You can add as many kids to your account to reward as you like. However, they will have to become Idea Seeker Members, if they haven't already. You can sign up other kids on the "Modify Account" page.
